Does 'Razor' template type work?

Any attempt to set the template type to 'C# razor' fails. On the page, in place of the module, the following error is displayed:

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.WebPages, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference.
