If you are writing a SPA application in AngularJS or something like that there is no problem putting the inclusion of .js and.css files like:
<script src="/desktopmodules/tosic_sexycontent/js/2sxc.api.min.js" data-enableoptimizations="100"></script>
<script src="/desktopmodules/tosic_sexycontent/js/angularjs/angular.min.js" data-enableoptimizations="101"></script>
<script src="/desktopmodules/tosic_sexycontent/js/angularjs/2sxc4ng.js" data-enableoptimizations="110"></script>
In the main application page, but what if you write a MPA (Multi Page Application), does 2sxc offer any nice way of not having to include code like above in each view but instead just place it somewhere central? Or perhaps there is a good non 2sxc like RequireJS that solves this better?

If you're using Razor, then you can use standard razor functions to do that.

If you're using tokens, then there is currently no "include" function
