Problems with permissions / user groups

I've created a usergroup called '2SexyContent Editors'. The members of this group should only edit content so i gave them Module editing permission only. I also check the 'hide template' option. however 'change template' option is still available to them.
The greater problem is: these users can't open the image uploader correctly. This window appears but doesn't provide any interaction and no images are shown (similar to the effect when folderstructur isn't set right in 2sexy). btw these users can edit all other field, even hyperlinkentities with
page-picker for example.
i've used different browsers 'cause i've encounter similar probs namely with IE.

With admin permission image uploader works perfect.

So how is it possible for 'editors-only' to upload and manage images without admin permission?

are there some 'predefined' groups (groupnames) in 2sexycontent ?

maybe someone faced a similar problem and could help.

thank you

greets roxl

i use DNN7.3 and 2Sic 6.3.2

When you are logged in as an admin go to admin/filemanager

I the treeview right click on root and choose "view folder properties"

now go to the permission tab

Now give the edit group you created for this browse open and write access by checking the checkboxes. Dont forget to click the button "copy permission to give the same permissions to all the subfolders. You will get a green notice that its done.

After this is done press save and you should be good to go
