It is possible to output the content of a module as json awhich works great.

Is is also possible to putput the above as a json ?

Right now you'll have to do this with your own code - the automatic serializer isn't good enough for re-use. We'll refactor it someday, to automatically deliver various streams - but that's just not ready yet.
So just research this - there are about 3 JSON serializers in .net

You'll probably want to convert your entities to some anonymous objects first, because the full structure isn't ideal for transport. Go ahead and look at the source code in 2SexyContent, where the entity is converted to a dictionary and then serialized.
